It involves a thorough discovery and assessment, resulting in:

  • Detailed summary of insights
  • Solution options
  • Summary of your potential Return on Investment (ROI)

This investment covers the core work of transforming your practice, typically spanning 12 to 24 weeks. This includes on-site visits, weekly virtual meetings, all communications, off-site preparation, and analysis.

This will also take an investment of time on your part, with 1 to 3-hour meetings every two weeks to track progress, key milestones, and deliverables.

Description

Monthly Maintenance Investment Estimate: $3,000 per month

There are typically 1-2 Consulting Days per month, for 6-12 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my practice is ready for this type of investment?

If you’re overwhelmed, constantly putting out fires, or spending more time managing chaos than practicing medicine, you’re ready.

You don’t have to be “failing”—you simply need clarity, structure, and a healthier way forward. This investment gives you back control, momentum, and peace of mind.

Do I need to commit to all three phases?

Not at all, though we always begin with the Assessment. I won’t move forward without understanding your practice from the inside out.

After that, we work together to decide how far we go.

The Maintenance phase is entirely optional. Some practices want continued support, others feel confident standing on their own once the foundation is solid.

Is this consulting process suitable for small or solo practices?

Yes. Smaller practices often feel the pressure the most, because everything lands on one desk: yours.

With the right systems, a small practice can run smoothly, profitably, and sanely. We scale everything to fit your size, your needs, and your goals.

What makes this different from hiring a practice manager or internal team member?

Internal staff are valuable, but they’re limited to day-to-day operations. That makes it hard for them to see blind spots or challenge outdated habits.

My role is different. I bring external clarity, strategic perspective, and experience to show you what’s possible beyond the chaos.

I’m not replacing your people (in fact, I’ll likely recommend hires to support you), I’m strengthening your entire practice.
